Gaining market traction represents an existential challenge for entrepreneurs. I work with tech entrepreneurs who aspire to address big and often complex problems, but aren't generating the market traction they so desperately need.
My specialty lies in creating comprehensive commercialization roadmaps. This includes validating value propositions, defining target segments, guiding product development, competitively positioning solutions, and orchestrating go-to-market strategies.
My approach is collaborative, empathetic and market driven. I listen and look for insights that arise from engaging directly with key stakeholders and thought leaders. The data collected is critical in clarifying the problem and generating solutions. I then transpose key learnings into strategy for my clients and create a clear action plan.
My experience comes from leading marketing and sales teams within the medical device industry. Over the course of my career, I’ve launched dozens of new products in the healthcare sector generating millions in topline growth while improving patient outcomes and increasing clinician productivity.
